111下學期碩士學位畢業考試注意事項 (Thesis Oral Defense for ME master students)

一、學位論文口試申請deadline (The thesis oral examination application deadline)：

第一梯次(5月份口試):相關申請表格請於4/20前交至系辦

First session (oral defense in May): Please submit the relevant application forms to the department before April 20.

第二梯次(6月份口試):相關申請表格請於5/24前交至系辦

Second session (oral defense in June):Please submit the relevant application forms to the department before May 24.

第三梯次(7月份口試):相關申請表格請於6/21前交至系辦

Third session (oral defense in July):Please submit the relevant application forms to the department before June 21.

二.申請流程:

1.請先上機械系雲端網址key碩士論文考試題目表(https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1T8dIMO7tirlJNYuv9ydks9uaYc_cYDNF3F9Q3hEDmAk/edit?usp=sharing)

Please fill in the relevant information on line

2.填寫excel檔『口委口試經費申請表』後回傳電子檔

5~7月口試者才需要填此項，非上述口試時間申請者,口試相關費用學生自行先墊付,不用填此項.填寫excel檔『口委口試經費申請表』後回傳至em62101@email.ncku.edu.tw

產碩專班的學生由於人數少,無法事先跟學校請錢,所以均需學生自行先墊付,再轉帳至學生帳戶,因此不用填此項

3.印出『論文比對結果報告』且請指導教授於封面最上面簽名同意

『論文比對結果報告』封面最上面請註明研究所學號+中文名字全名

Submit a similarity report with advisor signature.

請至成功大學圖書館電子資源查詢系統 進行論文比對

Submit a similarity report in the following website:

備註:碩士生目前系辦無比例規定，只要指導教授於比對報告封面簽名即可

4.印出碩士班學位考試申請書(請指導教授簽章)。

Print the master’s degree exam application form, and ask advisor to sign. 請至以下學位考試系統填寫(Please fill out information in the following website) http://campus4.ncku.edu.tw/wwwmenu/program/mou/

請先填寫1~2項電子檔後，再送3~4項紙本資料至系辦

5.印出碩士學位考試論文評分表:數量請依照口試委員人數列印

Print defense scoring chart.Please print Defense scoring chart according to the number of oral exam committee members.

6.key in碩士學位考試邀請函:包括指導教授

Key in master’s degree exam invitation letter, including the advisor

請至系網站下載，邀請函請更改為自己的口試委員、口試時間和口試地點，跟論文一起寄給口委

Please download invitation letter on ME department website and change the content to your own oral exam committee, date and location

7.印出碩士學位考試論文證明書:不用交至系辦，口試當天自行拿給口試委員，論文改完後，請指導教授簽完名，自行拿給系主任簽名後,由學生自己留存。

Print defense certificate. You don't have to submit it to the department. Please give it to the oral examination committee on the day of the oral examination.
